Protecting Your Information
We collect information necessary for processing your order and for communicating with you about your order status. Your information is stored safely, and access is restricted to authorized personnel. Information will only be shared with third-parties when doing so is necessary for fulfilling an order. For example, we need to share address details with a shipping service for package delivery. FYNCollectibles.com does not sell or exchange names or any other information about our customers.
Information Collection and Use
Information is gathered on FYNCollectibles.com for the purpose of processing orders. All information requested is specifically related to either billing or shipping products. You may opt to create accounts for quick retrieval of their information for future orders. Accounts use email addresses for usernames and customer-specified passwords for authentication. Passwords are encrypted when they are transmitted. All information requested from customers, including account creation and payment information, is entered on secured pages, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection. Please note that email is not encrypted. Please don’t send credit card information via email.
Email Marketing
If you opt to subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored securely on a third party server until you unsubscribe. The information stored is accessible only to FYNCollectibles.com and is limited to an email address as well as first and last name.
About Cookies
FYNCollectibles.com may use cookies to store information about the products you view, as well as items placed in your cart. Cookies enable you to view a list of products you’ve recently viewed and allow you to resume shopping where you left off. Cookies contain no personal information.

SHIPPING, Return and Refund Policy
Shipping
In stock orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days of your order. Shipping is handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Any delivery time quotes are estimates based on information provided by our shipping partners, and we make no guarantees on delivery time. We process and ship most orders within 1 business day regardless of mail class.
Shipping Methods Available
US customers (includes all 50 states as well as US territories)
USPS Ground/First Class. Orders weighing less than 11 oz will be eligible to be shipped via First Class Mail, all others will ship via Ground Express. Packages may not be trackable; estimated delivery in 3-7 business days, please note most are 4 to 5 days. USPS Priority Mail.Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days, please note most are less than 3 days. Packages are always trackable.
Canadian Customers
First Class International. All orders weighing less than 48 oz will be eligible to be shipped via this method. Estimated service is 5-12 business days, not trackable or replaceable. Canada is the exception, it will usually take 5-12 business days. The average to Canada seems to be about 8 days. Priority Mail International. Estimated 6-10 business days and is trackable. Cost: Actual USPS shipping rate to your country based on weight of your order.
International Customers, all other countries
We serve international customers on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for ordering and shipping options. Estimated service is 5-12 business days, not trackable or replaceable. All international customers are responsible for your country's customs fees and duties. Customs forms are filled out in accordance with U.S. and international law to accurately reflect the value and contents of the package. Please do not ask us to mislabel your customs forms; we can not do this.
In Person Pick Up
If you live in Metro Atlanta or would like to meet at an event where we are attending, you can choose to pick up your order. We’ll do our best to arrange a place and time that works for both of us. Local collectors, ask about delivery to you at a local meet up location!
Order Changes
Forget something? If you need to add additional items to your order, contact us. For orders within the US, if your original order has not been processed, we’ll combine orders without additional shipping charges. For orders to Canada, we may be able to add to your order (depending on weight factors) without additional shipping charges. Email us and we will try our best to update your order.
Lost Orders
In the unlikely event of your package not arriving 7 days after the quoted delivery window, use your tracking number to contact the shipping provider and determine the status of your package. If your Priority Mail package is confirmed to have been lost, contact us to have your order replaced. Unfortunately, we cannot provide replacements on orders shipped via First Class mail as these packages cannot be tracked or insured, particularly internationally.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, let us know. We want to make it right. We will send a replacement package directly and provide a label for the return of the original item.
Due to the nature of the listed collectibles all items are non-returnable. Thank you for your understanding!
Payment Information
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Your card is charged when you place your order, using PCI compliant technology that is provided by GoDaddy Payments Service. Your credit card may list charges to us as FYN Company LLC, the name of our parent company.
